2008 Golf Schedule

Reservation Policy
Due to course policy regarding deposits and guarantees, player reservations are due 10 days prior to the date of play.

Payments
Course fees, except those marketed with an asterisk (*), are paid directly to the golf course on the day of play.

Courses marked with an asterisk should be paid directly to Pharmatek. Payments are due 10 days prior to the date of play. Please make checks payable to "Pharmatek" and mail to:

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be received no later than 5 days prior to the date of play. After the passing of this date, you are financially responsible for the cost of the green fees or sending an alternate player in your place. Failure to cover green fees after the cancellation deadline will result in player ineligibility at future outings.

Course Dress Code
All golfers must wear approapriate golf attire, e.g., shirts with collars and shorts, pants or skirts. Shorts and skirts must be no more than four inches above the knee. Cut-offs, gym shorts, tank tops and blue jeans are not allowed. Only non-metal spiked shoes are allowed on most courses.
